William Lee Cowley Sr., 93, Dallas, Texas, went to his Lord on Saturday, February 11, 2017. "Mr. Bill" or "Uncle Bill", as he was known to friends and relatives, was born June 29, 1923, in Jefferson City, Missouri, where he attended St. Peters Catholic School. An Irish Wake will be held at Hughes Family Tribute Center, 9700 Webb Chapel Rd., Dallas, Texas 75220 on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be at Calvary Hill Cemetery.
