Amie Marlene Schenewerk, 31, of Centralia, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2017, at Boone Hospital Center. Amie was born on July 5, 1986, in St. Louis, the daughter of Keith Schenewerk and Christine Perkins. Amie was a graduate of Rockbridge High School. She worked as a dispatcher for the Columbia/Boone County 911 center until her health declined. She was blessed at that time by her co-workers who donated some of their own sick leave to Amie. Amie was a person who loved spending time with her family and enjoying life to the fullest. She enjoyed traveling and loved to drive. She enjoyed the outdoors having spent much of childhood down along the river. She was a big fan of the St. Louis Cardinals. Her greatest love was her daughter: Allyson, "Ally P" Daly. In addition to her daughter; Amie is survived by her mother: Christine and Al Sanders; her father: Keith and Kim Schenewerk; one sister: Katelyn Schenewerk (Jesse Miller); her grandparents: Frank and Marlene Perkins; Martha Schenewerk and a host of aunts; uncles; cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Eugene and Hazel "Tootie" Schenewerk. "Rest sweetheart. We love you!" A Celebration of Life will be planned for a later date.
