Randy Carter

Randy Carter, 60, of Eldon, passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2016, at the Laurie Care Center in Laurie. He was born April 12, 1956, the son of the late Clinton and Barbara (Knight) Carter. Survivors include: his wife, Laura Carter; daughters, Sabrina Carter and Randi Carter; sons, Jacob Carter and Jonathan Radkowski; step-sons, Justin Drew and Jerad Drew; numerous grandchildren; brother, Robert Cook and sister, Michelle Carter. Visitation will be Saturday, October 15, 2016. from 9 a.m.-10 a.m. at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon. Per his wishes, his body will be cremated and Private Family Interment will be held at a later date.
