Angela Duval-Park, 34, of Waynesville, died on Sunday, October 9, 2016, at Mercy Hospital in Lebanon. Survivors include: her father, Larry (Lisa) Park; her mother, Bonnie Jean Park; two step-fathers, Hayden Clay Ralston and Greg Payne; six brothers, Gregory, Jeffrey, Blaine, Dakota, Will, Connor; and nine sisters, Nichole, Dannielle, Amanda, Dakota, Shanna, Jennifer, Melanie, Makayla, Caitlyn; eight nieces and nephews; and special friend, Melanie. Visitation will be from 9-10 a.m., Friday, October 14, 2016, at the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, 105 East Third Street, Dixon, with funeral service following at 10 a.m. in the chapel.
