Betty Lou Terrill, 76, of Holts Summit, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2016, at SSM Health/St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City. She was born September 9, 1940, in Brushy Creek, Mo., a daughter of the late Phillip and Francis (Lutes) Jordan. On August 8, 1956, Betty was united in marriage in Bunker, Mo., to Robert "Kenny" Terrill, who survives at their home. Betty was raised as a farm girl, and was also a homemaker. She had worked at United Super Deli, McDonalds and Winchell's Donut Shop. Betty enjoyed crocheting, crossword puzzles, making donuts, cooking, playing out in the yard and taking care of her flowers. She was a loving mother and grandmother, and was always very generous to everyone she met. Betty is also survived by three children, Pam Drake (husband Thomas) of Holts Summit, Steve Terrill of Holts Summit and Tammy Jenkins of Holts Summit; eight siblings, Bob Jordan (wife Vivian) of Salem, Evon Simmons of Grand View, Margie Baum of St. Louis, George Jordan (wife Georgia) of Villa Ridge, Nadine Lemon of Arnold, Bud Jordan (wife Angie) of Holts Summit, Phyllis Wahlig (husband Kenny) of Fenton and Kathy Wisdom (husband Loy) of Bunker; five grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by three siblings, Marie Meade, Virgil Jordan and Phillip Jordan. Friends will be received from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 14, 2016, at the Slater-Millard Family Funeral Chapel in Holts Summit. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 14, 2016, at the Slater-Millard Family Funeral Chapel in Holts Summit, with Melvin Meade officiating.
