James K. Waggoner

Mr. James K. Waggoner Jr., age 40 years, of Jefferson City, Mo., died Sunday, June 19, 2016, at his home. James was born September 10, 1975 in Jefferson City, Mo., the son of James "Keith" Sr. and Sherry Jane Roark Waggoner. A lifelong resident of the Jefferson City area, James was employed as a roofing salesman for many years until ill health forced his retirement. James enjoyed riding motorcycles and was an avid tattoo artist. Most importantly, he loved his children. Survivors include: four children, Zachary James Waggoner, Harley Angel Waggoner, Landen James Waggoner, and Laylah Rayn Waggoner; and one sister, Deanna Roberts. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Amy Waggoner. A Celebration of James' Life will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, June 23, 2016 at McClung Park Pavilion, 931 McClung Park Dr., Jefferson City, Mo.
