Donald L. Burris

Donald L. Burris, 80, formerly of Eldon, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2016, at the MO Veterans Home in Warrensburg. He was born September 25, 1935, the son of the late Claude C. and Clara (Honiker) Burris. Survivors include: wife, Francis; step-daughters, Dena LaFarge; Linda Darlene DeRemer; five step-grandchildren and 14 step-great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary Buster, Carolyn Pollitt, Marsha Martin, Marla Burris and brother, Dewey Burris. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 22, 2016, from 1-2 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon with the Funeral Service beginning at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Greenmore Memorial Gardens in Barnett.
