William E Crawford, II

Mr. William E. "Bill" Crawford II, age 50 years, of Jefferson City, Mo., died Saturday, August 20, 2016, at his home. Bill was born October 8, 1965, in Jefferson City, Mo., the son of William D. and Carol S. (Roark) Crawford. A lifelong resident of the Jefferson City area, Bill graduated from Jefferson City High School and State Fair Community College in Sedalia, Mo. He joined the United States Army in 1985, and served two years in Darmstadt, Germany. Survivors include: his mother and step-father, Carol and Roman Sanning of Jefferson City, Mo.; his sister, Elizabeth Crawford Lepper and her husband Lonnie of Olean, Mo.; his niece, Adie Lepper of Olean, Mo.; and his aunt and uncle, Donald and Elizabeth Bolin of Centralia, Mo. He was preceded in death by his father and his grandparents. Visitation will be at Freeman Mortuary from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. Friday, August 26, 2016. A Celebration of Bill's Life will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Friday, August 26, 2016, in the Freeman Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Samaritan Center.
