Bette Landwehr Moore, previously of Jefferson City, died on April 4, 2014, in Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. She was born September 11, 1931, in Jefferson City, a daughter of Louis F. and Lucille A. (Prenger) Landwehr. She was married on November 27, 1954, to John Joseph Doolan. He preceded her in death on March 14, 1979. She then married DeWitt Titus on June 9, 1984. He preceded her in death on July 14, 1990. She married Alwal B. Moore on August 17, 1997. Bette is survived by her husband; five children, Beth Doolan, Joseph Doolan, Shawn Doolan Ohlson (Richard), Meg Doolan Braun (Dana), and Thomas Landwehr Doolan; six grandchildren, Jennifer Ohlson, Alexander Ohlson, Joseph Ohlson, Isabelle Rose Ohlson, Max Braun, and Joseph Braun; her sister, Mary T. Caird (Bruce), Rose Marie Reed (Bill), and a brother James Joseph Landwehr (Linda). Bette was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Margaret A. Landwehr Montgomery (Bill). She graduated from St. Peter High School in 1949 and from St. Mary's School of Nursing in 1953. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Webster College in St. Louis and her Master's Degree from Savannah University in Savannah, Georgia. Bette worked as a nurse and taught nursing at Savannah University. Funeral services are pending.
