Marieda Voegeli

Marieda Voegeli, age 82 years, Jefferson City, passed away Thursday, September 5, 2013, at Westphalia Inn Nursing Facility. Marieda was born October 16, 1930, to Richard and Frances Schmidt at Zenda, Kan. On June 6, 1953, she was united in marriage to Francis Voegeli at Sharon, Kan. She is survived by her husband and her nine children, Diane Voegeli of Chelsea, Okla., Charles Voegeli of Russellville, Mo., Gerard Voegeli of Gravois Mills, Mo., Kathryn Wright (Bill) of Porter, Okla., Stephen Voegeli of Canton, Texas, Caroline Shelden (Jim) of Russellville, Mo., Gilbert Voegeli of Russellville, Mo., Joseph Voegeli (Cindy) of Mt. Hope, Kan., Elizabeth Voegeli of New Bloomfield, Mo., 17 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; five sisters and three brothers. A memorial mass will be conducted at a later date as her body was donated to science.
