Richard Lee Jarrett

Richard Lee Jarrett, age 67, of Frisco, Texas, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2013, in Frisco, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on March 12, 1946, in Jefferson City, Missouri to Joe and Nell (Kallenbach) Jarrett. Richard married Elaine Viets on August 13, 1966 in Fort Gordon, Georgia. He was stationed in Germany for two years while serving the Army/Military Police. After graduating from college, he was a Regional Sales Manager in the cosmetics industry for 20 years and went on to work at Home Depot for 17 years before retiring in 2011. Richard is survived by his wife, Elaine Viets of Frisco, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Angie and Robbie McClusky of Little Elm, Texas; grandchildren, Olivia McClusky and Jackson McClusky; brother, Roger Jarrett and wife Pat of Benton, Kentucky; brother-in-law, Mark Viets and wife Nancy of Kansas City, Kansas; nieces and nephews, Brian Jarrett, Lisa Jarrett, Jason Jarrett, Lori Phillips, Aaron Viets, Alexa Viets; and his beloved dog, Toby. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, 8520 Main Street, Frisco TX 75033 with Pastor Brent McGuire officiating.
