Korie Ann Riegel

Korie Ann Riegel, newborn daughter of Kenny and Katie (Sommerer) Riegel of Wardsville, passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at the University of Missouri Women's & Children's Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. She is survived by her parents: Kenny and Katie Riegel of Wardsville; one sister: Kylie Riegel of the home; paternal grandparents: John and Alice Riegel Jr. of Taos; maternal grandparents: Marvin and Beverly Sommerer of Wardsville; five aunts: Nicole Kirsch (husband Brad) of Frankenstein; Cari Thuli (husband David) of Chamois; Deidra Sommerer of Wardsville; Erin Sommerer of Wardsville; Ann Metternich (husband Greg) of Wardsville; and seven cousins. Private Family Services were held on Saturday, May 18, 2013, at the St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Wardsville, with Fr. Ignazio C. Medina officiating. Interment followed in the St. Stanislaus Parish Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the University of Missouri Women's & Children's Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.
