David Andrew Evert

David Andrew Evert, 37, of Kansas City, formerly of Jefferson City, died Monday, March 25, 2013, at his home. He was born April 20, 1975, in Jefferson City, the son of Larry and Donna (Olivier) Evert. He was a 1993 graduate of Jefferson City High School, where he was a four year varsity member of the golf team. David earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, Columbia. He worked as a sales representative for Iron Mountain and Cerner Corporation. David was an avid golfer and Missouri Tiger fan. He was a member of the Kansas City Tiger Quarterback Club, where he served as co-chairman of their annual golf tournament. He was a friend to so many people and was currently working with his high school classmates on their twenty year class reunion. Above all, David loved to spend time with his son, Will. Survivors include his son, William David Evert and his mother, Nicole Evert; his parents, Larry and Donna Evert of Jefferson City; and one sister, Suzanne Evert of Jefferson City. Friends will be received from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., Monday, April 1, 2013, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 2, 2013, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home with Msgr. David Cox officiating. Private family interment will be held.
