Nicole Elizabeth Kinsley, 30, of Choctaw, Oklahoma, formerly of Jefferson City, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Sunday, June 23, 2013, after a sudden illness. She was born June 20, 1983, in La Mesa, California, a daughter of Joseph and Denise (Dreher) Shaldone. She attended St. Peter School and also attended Helias Catholic High School and Jefferson City High School. On February 14, 2003, Nicole was united in marriage to Scott Kinsley, who survives at their home. Nicole was a Bank Teller and a Hearing-Aid Specialist. She was a very talented artist, and loved to cook Korean food. Most of all, she loved to spend time with her family and friends. Nicole is survived by her mother: Denise Shaldone of Jefferson City; two sons: Sejin Kinsley and Tejin Kinsley of the home; and one sister: Noelle Shaldone of Jefferson City. She was preceded in death by her father: Joseph Shaldone in 2003. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, June 29, 2013, at the St. Peter Catholic Church Chapel, with Fr. Anthony Viviano officiating. Interment will be held at Summit Memorial Park in Holts Summit, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations should be made to the Nicole Elizabeth Kinsley Children's Educational Fund.
