Anthony Micheals Unger

Anthony "Tony" Micheals Unger, 25, of Jefferson City, passed away Sunday, June 23, 2013, at the University of Missouri Hospital and Clinics in Columbia. He was born March 15, 1988, in Columbia, Missouri, a son of Jerry and Linda (Smith) Unger. He attended Jefferson City High School. Tony worked for the News Tribune and Captain D's. He enjoyed Dirt Track Stock Car Racing, was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys, and loved listening to music. Tony is survived by his parents: Jerry and Linda Unger of Jefferson City; a daughter: Aebryahana Unger (and her mother: Brooklyn Heislen); a sister: Kelly Unger of Jefferson City; maternal grandmother: Louza Rae Smith of Russellville; and paternal grandparents: Larry and Karen Unger of Granite City, Illinois. Friends will be received from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 27, 2013, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home, where funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Henley Cemetery in Henley, Missouri. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Aebryahana Unger Educational Fund.
