Victoria Aubria Bolten, 95, of Jefferson City, went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 12, 2013, at Westphalia Hills in Westphalia, Missouri. She was born August 26, 1917, in Vienna, Missouri, a daughter of the late Noah E. and Lily (Terwilliger) Branson. Victoria was united in marriage on May 6, 1939, in Jefferson City, to Merrell W. Bolten, who preceded her in death on July 7, 1997. Victoria worked as an Assistant Dietician for Charles E. Still Hospital (Capital Region Medical Center) for 38 years. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church. Victoria loved to cook and spend time with her family. She was devoted in saying the Rosary daily. Victoria is survived by a son: Delbert E. Bolten of Portland, Texas; two daughters: Patricia "Pat" Dulle (husband Deacon Robert) of Holts Summit, and Tanna S. Ortmeyer (husband Dennis C.) of Jefferson City; two sisters: Virginia Mulanix of Macon, Missouri, and Isola Gordon of Texas; nine grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; and our extended Westphalia Hills family. She was also preceded in death by four brothers: Ralph Branson, Melburn Branson, Reginald Branson, and Clarence Branson; and three sisters: Irma Moreland, Lucille Jones and Fannie Blankenship. Friends will be received from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday, July 15, 2013, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home, where a prayer service will be held at 4:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at St. Peter Catholic Church, with Fr. Gregory C. Meystrik officiating. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made to SSM Hospice or a charity of the donor's choice.
