Mrs. Rosemary Coleman, age 93 years, of Jefferson City, Mo., died Saturday, February 23, 2013, at the Capital Region Medical Center. Rosemary was born July 17, 1919, in Tonkawa, Oklahoma, the daughter of David Jeffrey and Lola Donaldson Buhrman. She was married on January 1, 1944, in Tonkawa, Oklahoma to John H. Coleman Jr. who preceded her in death in August, 2010. A resident of the Jefferson City area for the past two years, Rosemary was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, the Presbyterian Women's Circle, and the PEO. Survivors include: two daughters, Carol A. Mueller and her husband Allan of Jefferson City, Mo. and Kathlyn E. Coleman of Harmony, Rhode Island; one son, John H. Coleman III and his wife Marsha of Spartanburg, South Carolina; four sisters, Pauline Cowan of Louisiana, Jo Ann Hasenbeck of Fletcher, Oklahoma, Jean Carney of Grove, Oklahoma, and Carolyn Thomas and her husband Jim of Park Hill, Oklahoma; six grandchildren, Lucas Mueller and his wife Stephanee, Abbie Mueller, John Ryan Mueller and his wife Liz, John H. Coleman IV, Mark R. Mueller, and Jared Windecker; four great-grandchildren, Baylie Bellin, Philip Bellin, Caleb Mueller, and Lela Mueller. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and one brother, Calvin D. Buhrman. A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 2, 2013, at the First Presbyterian Church with the Reverend Dr. Rob Erickson officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Food for Kids Program through the First Presbyterian Church.
