Raymond Earl Freet

Raymond Earl Freet, 78, of Moberly, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2013, at North Villiage Park, Moberly, Missouri. Mr. Freet was born in Mishawaka, Indiana, on February 12, 1935, the son of the late Sam Wilson and Clara L. (Mrozinsky) Freet. He was the widower of Estelle May (Stenbach) Freet. They were married October 3, 1954 at Sedalia, Missouri. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force for eight years. He worked at Dodge Manufacturing in Mishawaka, Indiana. He then became a minister for 25 years where he served many churches in mid-Missouri. Raymond is survived by a son, Fredrick Freet Sr. and wife Cora of Moberly; son, Michael Freet, son, Edward Freet and wife Debra of Holts Summit, Missouri; daughter, Margaret Asher of Rhineland, Missouri, daughter, LuDonna Coleman of O'Fallon, Missouri, son, John Freet of Columbia, Missouri; daughter, Catherine Harding of Jefferson City, Missouri; 19 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. A memorial visitation will be held Monday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Toedtmann and Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, Missouri, where memorial services will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. David Korman officiating. Memorials may be given to American Diabetes Association or Liberty Cemetery, c/o Toedtmann-Grosse Funeral Home.
