Mary Louise Hogg, age 87, of Russellville, died Tuesday, October 2, 2012, at Ashland Healthcare in Ashland, Missouri. She was born January 20, 1925, in Jefferson City, a daughter of Floyd and Grace Carrender Miles. She was a 1942 graduate of Jefferson City High School. Mary was employed with the State of Missouri in the department of Probation and Parole for many years, before transferring to Employment Security, retiring in the early 1980's. She was a member of the Cole Springs Baptist Church in Russellville. She was a former member of the WPFA and the Eastern Star Chapter, both in Russellville. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, John and Theresa Hogg of Boonville; a daughter and son-in-law, Jeanne and Woody Salmons of Russellville; three grandchildren and their spouses, Justin and Ashlee Hogg, Alisa and Mike Oliver and Ian and Rebecca Salmons; two great-grandsons, J.D. and Clayton Hogg, along with other relatives and friends. Mary was preceded in death by her father, Floyd Miles; her mother, Grace Schneider and one brother, Bill Miles. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 5, at the Scrivner-Morrow Funeral Home in Russellville, with the family receiving friends from 12:30 p.m. until service time. Rev. Dinzel Webb will officiate. Interment will be in the Enloe Cemetery west of Russellville. Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. www.scrivner-morrow.com
