Patricia Luetkemeyer, 65, of Jefferson City, entered into eternal rest Monday, May 21, 2012, surrounded by family at her residence after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born to the late Carl E. and Gloria Craig Harrison on January 12, 1947, in Kirkwood, Mo. Patricia was a 1964 graduate of Kirkwood High School and attended Central Missouri State University. On November 25, 1967, Patricia wed the love of her life, James Luetkemeyer in Kirkwood, Missouri. They relocated to Jefferson City and were blessed with two sons: Eric, 1970 and Jeffery, 1975. Patricia worked for Busch's Florist, Kirby Vacuum and retired as a bookkeeper with KRCG Television where she was employed for many years. Patricia was a devoted partner, mother and friend. Her passions in life were her family, her friends, reading, gardening, baking and quilting. She placed others above her own needs and instilled those values in those that survive her. During her time on this earth, she was loved dearly by her family members and many friends, but most of all by her children and her devoted husband of 44 years. She will be remembered with respect and love while her legacy and teachings continue on. Patricia is survived by her loving husband," Jimmy" and two sons, Eric (Shelley) Luetkemeyer of Apopka, Florida and Jeff Luetkemeyer of St. Louis, Missouri; her three grandchildren, Morgan, Brock and Connor Luetkemeyer; her brothers, Richard (Kay) Harrison and Steven (Sharon) Harrison, both of St. Louis, Missouri. A celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 2, 2012, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with Chaplain Bruce Gardner officiating. Private family interment will be at a later date. Memorials are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice. Those wishing to email tributes or condolences to the family may do so at the www.dulletrimble.com website.
