Joy Farrell

Mrs. Joy A. Farrell, age 80 years, of Jefferson City, Mo., passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2012, at Capital Region Medical Center. Joy was born on July 1, 1931, in Temple, Texas, the daughter of John and Grace Nichols. She was married on January 15, 1971, in Belton, Texas to William Gerald Farrell Jr. A resident of the central Missouri area since October of 1989, Joy was a homemaker for the majority of her life and always enjoyed spending time and taking care of her family. Survivors include: her husband, William Farrell Jr.; and one son, Tracy Patrick Farrell of Jefferson City, Mo. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Donald Ray Burks. Private family services will be held at a later date. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the charity of the donor's choice.
