Ralph Schroer

Ralph Bernard Schroer, 54, of Jefferson City, passed away Sunday, May 6, 2012, at University Hospital in Columbia, as the result of an automobile accident. He was born August 5, 1957, in Jefferson City, the son of Ralph and Dora Schroer. He was united in marriage on June 16, 1990, to Debra Conner, who survives at the home. Ralph graduated from Lincoln University with a Master of Education in 1992, and worked as a licensed professional counselor in Jefferson City and surrounding areas helping individuals and families achieve order from chaos. Other survivors include two step-daughters, Meredith (Patrick) Curry and Gina Conner; three sisters, Louise (Stanley) Uptegrove, Mary Schroer, and Jean Pfenenger; two brothers, Joe and Donnie Schroer; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Louis and Dennis Schroer. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 12, 2012, at Fountain of Life Family Worship Center in Jefferson City. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Ralph Schroer Memorial Fund at Central Bank.
