Wilma Belt

Wilma Jean Belt, 59, of Holts Summit, passed away Saturday, May 5, 2012, at her home. She was born July 12, 1952, in Carrsville, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Jess Lee and Wilma (Belt) Belt. Wilma enjoyed politics and was an Elvis fan. She loved watching TV especially Barbra Walters on The View. She is survived by four siblings: Cora Lemon of Peoria, Illinois, Kenneth Belt (wife Rita) of Holts Summit, Roy Belt (wife Geraldine) of Walker, Louisiana, and Betty Oxford (husband Robert) of Norris City, Illinois; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother: Arthur Lee Belt. Friends will be received from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 9, 2012, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home. Graveside Service will be held Thursday, May 10, 2012, at 12:00 Noon at the Palestine Two Cemetery, Norris City, Illinois. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the charity of donor's choice.
