Hazel Branch

Hazel Branch, 86, of Columbia, Mo., passed away, Wednesday, March 7, 2012. She was born on May 23, 1925, in Boone County, Mo. to Henen and Minnie (Heath) Richardson. Hazel was a homemaker who loved dancing, fishing and gardening. She is survived by three sons: Frank Ramsdell (Cherre) of Stevensville, Mont., Robin Ramsdell (Joyce) and Alan Ramsdell (Tammy) both of Hardy, Ark.; one sister: Norine Ketchum; one brother: Glen Richardson (Melvonna); 17 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. Hazel was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband: Charles Ramsdell; two sons: Randall and Wendell Ramsdell; her twin sister: Helen Stone; seven brothers: Leon, Clifford, Bill, Norwood, Larry, Eddie, and Dallas Richardson and three grandchildren: Carver Kempker, Tanya and Nikki Ramsdell. Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. on Saturday, March 10, 2012, at Memorial Funeral Home. A visitation will begin at 10 a.m., until the time of service. Burial is to follow the service at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Hartsburg, Mo. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
