Sandra L. O'Banion

Sandra L. O'Banion, age 72 years, of Jefferson City, Mo., passed away Thursday, July 26, 2012 at Capital Region Medical Center. Sandy was born on February 17, 1940, in Kansas City, Mo., a daughter of the late Kenneth and Louise Palmer O' Banion. A lifelong resident of Missouri, Sandy graduated from California R-1 High School and attended Hannibal-LaGrange University. She was a member of Centertown Baptist Church and the Womens Missionary Union. Survivors include: one brother, Dr. Jerry O'Banion of Jefferson City, Mo.; and four nieces, Jerri Lynn Webb and her husband Kyle, Gail O'Banion, Louise Jane Fuller and her husband Doug, and Patricia Lee McKnelly and her husband Dr. Lorenzo "Skip" and their families. Private family services will be held at a later date. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to The Gideon's International.
