Rosaline Catherine Wulff

Rosaline Catherine Wulff, age 90, of Argyle, passed away Thursday, July 26, 2012, in the Capital Region Medical Center, Jefferson City. Mrs. Wulff had been in failing health. She was born March 7, 1922, in Maries County, a daughter of Herman Frank and Catherine Hildergard (Schwartze) Schwartze. Mrs. Wulff was united in marriage on October 18, 1947, at Argyle, to Herman August Wulff, and to this union, six children were born. Mrs. Wulff was a member of the St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Argyle, and the St. Ann's Sodality of the Church; the Ladies Auxiliary of the Knights of Columbus Council No. 2047, Argyle; and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 8045, Argyle. A few of her favorite activities were quilting, cross stitch, cooking, and being with her family and grandchildren. She was a loving housewife and homemaker and was always diligent in providing for the needs of her family. Those left to mourn the passing of Mrs. Wulff include: Four sons and daughters-in-laws, Jerome and Ruth Wulff, Argyle; Carl and Bonnie Wulff, Walhalla, South Carolina; Arnold and Saundra Wulff, Argyle; and Leon and Karen Wulff, Koeltztown; one sister and brother-in-law, Helen and Clarence Reinsch, Jefferson City; two sisters-in-law, Tillie Schwartze, Meta and Florentine Schwartze, Westphalia; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband on August 6, 1992; one son, Gilbert Wulff; one daughter, Marilyn Wulff; her father in 1968; her mother on May 30, 1927; four brothers, Victor, Cleteus, Theodore and Herbert Schwartze; and one sister, Pauline Lock. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Mrs. Wulff at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 31, 2012, in the St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Argyle. Interment will be in the St. Aloysius Cemetery, Argyle, under the direction of the Vienna Chapel of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Homes. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m., Monday, July 30, 2012, with a Prayer Service at 7 p.m. followed by Ladies Auxiliary Services of the Knights of Columbus and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Argyle, and visitation from 9-10 a.m., Tuesday, July 31, 2012, all in the St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Argyle. Masses or memorial per the wishes of the family with envelopes available at the St. Aloysius Catholic Church or the Vienna Office of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Homes.
