Alma Reynolds

Alma F. Reynolds, 92, of Jamestown, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2012, at California Care Center. She was born on March 20, 1919, in Jamestown, the daughter of William and Mary (Guggisberg) Fullrich, both of whom preceded her in death. She was married on March 21, 1948, in Jamestown to Benton Reynolds, who preceded her in death on September 26, 2007. She was a homemaker and a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Jamestown. She was a 1937 graduate of Jamestown High School. She was a member of the U.M.W., a life member and past president of American Legion Auxiliary Post 499 in Blue Springs, and she was an avid quilter and enjoyed traveling. She is survived by many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one infant son, William Benton Reynolds in 1958; and two brothers, Walter and Norman Fullrich. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, California. Burial will be in Grace United Methodist Cemetery in Jamestown. Officiating will be Rev. Janet Deneke. Visitation will also be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Grace United Methodist Church or Cemetery, c/o Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, 100 S. Oak, California, MO 65018. Arrangements are under the direction of Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, California.
