William Glass Sr. (Veteran)

William J. Glass Sr., 90, St. Louis County, Mo., passed away April 3, 2012. Mr. Glass was an Army veteran of WWII and a retired 40 year employee of the Missouri Pacific Railroad. He was the loving husband of the late Evangeline Glass; dear father of Martin (Beverly), John (Barbara), and William Glass Jr. and Charlene (Bruce) Connor; beloved grandfather of Steven (Margaret), Martin II (Starr), De'andra (Jeff), Emily, Mark, Erin, Derek (Priscilla), and Megan; loving great-grandfather of Noelle, Maria, Nathan, and Josef; dear uncle, cousin and friend to many. Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 10, at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Rd., St. Louis, Mo., where the family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Monday.
