Bruce Neely

Bruce Neely, 59 of Holts Summit, died Tuesday, April 3, 2012, at St. Mary's Health Center in Jefferson City. Bruce was born on March 19, 1953, in Mexico, the son of James Robert and Bessie D. (Fine) Neely. He married Sandra Seabaugh on April 29, 1984, in Jackson, Mo. Survivors include his wife Sandy of the home; two sons, Thomas Allen Pace and wife Arlie of Festus and Shannon Louis Schafer of Jackson; grandchildren, Jessica Marie Pace, Amanda Renee Maestas, Rebecca Ella Pace, Shannon Louis Schafer Jr., and Bailey Schafer; great-grandchildren, Ethan Thomas Maestas and Tucker Allen McClinton; brothers, James "Kim" Neely and wife BJ of Thompson, Mo. and Darren Neely and wife Susanne of Lenexa, Kan. and a sister, Marta Neely Hodson of Ft. Myers, Fla. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday at Concord Baptist Church in Jefferson City. Visitation is Friday morning from 9-10 at the church. Burial will be in East Lawn Memorial Park in Mexico at 12:30 p.m. Friday.
