Cynthia "Cindy" Louise Forck, 53, of Holts Summit, passed away Saturday, September 24, 2011, at Capital Region Medical Center. She was born May 14, 1958, in Kansas City, Kansas, the daughter of Robert and Ruth Meyers Teegarden. On October 17, 1981, she was united in marriage to Andrew "Andy" Forck, who survives at the home. Cindy was a 1976 graduate of Raytown High School. She was employed with John Ellinger, Attorney at Law, for 20 years. She was past president of the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary Helias Council 1054 and a member of the 4th degree Dan C. Copin Auxiliary. Cindy enjoyed putting up Christmas decorations at the Knights of Columbus Hall and helping with their many functions throughout the years. She was also well known for her love of dogs. Along with her husband Andy and father Robert, Cindy is survived by one brother: David Teegarden and wife Beth of Buckner, Missouri; one sister: Debra Loheide and husband Don of The Villages, Florida; four sisters-in-law: Carla Forck of Jefferson City, Becky Cassmeyer and husband John of Osage Bend, Mary Davidson and husband Don of Jefferson City, Rose Gerling and husband Jim of Jefferson City; three brothers-in-law: Joe Forck and wife Josetta of Jefferson City, Steve Forck and wife Brenda of St. Louis, Greg Forck and wife Connie of Jefferson City; 14 nieces and nephews and 12 great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Teegarden, and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Carl and Eunice Forck. Friends will be received from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 27, 2011, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home, where a prayer service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 28, 2011, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Msgr. David Cox, Rev. George Kramer and Rev. Rob Fields concelebrating. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church or the Knights of Columbus Catholic Educational Fund.
