Mrs. Kimberly A. Bond, age 23 years, of Jefferson City, Mo., died Sunday, October 16, 2011, after an automobile accident. Kimberly was born October 7, 1988, in Jefferson City, Mo., the daughter of David and Carolyn Sue De Brodie Howard. She was married on June 27, 2009, in Cole County, Mo. to Jason E. Bond. A lifelong resident of the Jefferson City area, Kimberly was a 2007 graduate of Jefferson City High School. She was employed as a monitor with First Student Transportation Company. Survivors include: her husband, Jason E. Bond of Jefferson City, Mo.; her mother and step-father, Carolyn and Larry Summers of Jefferson City, Mo.; maternal grandparents, Carl and Shirley De Brodie; three brothers, Carl De Brodie, Nicolas Clark and Nathan Clark; four sisters, Wanda Howard, Dori Bedell and her husband Tom, Jessica Clark and her fiancÈ, Tom Craft and Felisha Moore and her husband Shawn; five nieces, Amy Marie Howard, Lydia Moore, Leah Moore, Loralei Moore and Bailey Bedell; and one nephew, Trenton Craft. She was preceded in death by her father, David Howard and paternal grandparents, Isaac and Mary Summers. Visitation will be at Freeman Mortuary from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 19, 2011. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 20, 2011, in the Freeman Chapel with the Reverend John Rollins officiating. Graveside services and interment will be held at Pleasant Ridge "Bull" Cemetery in Callaway County, Mo. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Kimberly Bond Memorial Fund.
