Kathleen Puyear

Kathleen S. Puyear, 63 of Ashland, died Tuesday, May 17, 2011, at her home. Kathleen was born January 26, 1948, in Indianapolis, Ind., to Richard E. and Wanda A. Trieb Puyear. Kathleen worked in the Missouri State Public Defender System as a trainer. She was a former teacher at William Woods University and retired from Linn State Technical College. She attended Center Point Fellowship in Columbia. Kathleen is survived by two brothers, Christopher L. Puyear of Columbia and Richard A. Puyear of Osage Beach. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister. Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 21, 2011, at Parker Funeral Service, 22 N. 10th Street in Columbia. Burial will follow in Columbia Cemetery. Visitation is from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Condolences may be sent to the family at parkerfuneralservice.com
