Mrs. Linda K. Forck, age 57 years, of Jefferson City, Mo., died Tuesday, March 1, 2011, at her home. Linda was born December 21, 1953, in Jefferson City, Mo., the daughter of Andrew J. and Teresa F. Falter Kloeppel. She was married on February 2, 1974, in Freeburg, Mo. to Maurice R. Forck. A lifelong resident of the central Missouri area, Linda was a 1972 graduate of Fatima High School, Westphalia, Mo. She was employed with the Missouri Division of Employment Security for 31 years prior to her retirement in October, 2005. She was co-owner of Rademan Heating and A/C, Inc. Linda was a member of St. Francis Xavier Church in Taos, Mo. She enjoyed sewing, reading, watching movies, spending time with her grandchildren and loved the beach. Survivors include: her husband of 37 years, Maurice R. Forck; her mother, Teresa Kloeppel of Freeburg, Mo.; three daughters, Amiee Strope and her husband Scott of Linn, Mo., Chrissy Allen and her husband Brian of Jefferson City, Mo., and Kelly Forck of Jefferson City, Mo.; three sisters, Marilyn Kempker and her husband Leonard of Wardsville, Mo., Shirley Sandbothe and her husband Jeron of Taos, Mo., and Karen Engle and her husband Gordon of Eldon, Mo.; three brothers, Ronnie Kloeppel and his wife Paralee of Freeburg, Mo., Kenneth Kloeppel and his wife Pam of Florida, and Thomas Kloeppel of Jefferson City, Mo.; seven grandchildren, Aidan Allen, Logan Allen, Lily Strope, Adam Strope, Curtis Strope, Lauren Strope, and Sydney Strope. She was preceded in death by her father, Andrew J. Kloeppel on March 18, 1976. Visitation will be at Freeman Mortuary from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, March 3, 2011, with a prayer service to be conducted at 3:30 p.m. in the Freeman Chapel. Visitation will also be from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Francis Xavier Church in Taos. Mo. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 4, 2011, at St. Francis Xavier Church in Taos, Mo. with the Reverend David Maher officiating. Graveside services and interment will be held at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society or the Forck Grandchildren Educational Fund.
