Annie Chi-Yee Siu-Norman

Annie Chi-Yee Siu-Norman, 62, of Jefferson City, died Monday, June 20, 2011, at St. Mary's Health Center. She was born on February 19, 1949, in Hong Kong, the daughter of Siu Ping Kee and Poon Chik Han. Her mother survives in Hong Hong. She was united in marriage on August 12, 1981, in Rocky Mount, Mo., to Bryan Norman, who survives at the home. Annie was the Deputy Division Director for the Division of Nutritional Health and Services with the Department of Health and Senior Services along with several other positions throughout her career of 25 years. She retired in August of 2003. She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church, Alter Guild at Grace Episcopal Church, American Dietetic Association, Missouri Dietetic Association, and the National WIC Association. Other survivors include three children: Christopher Wei Kee (Colleen) Norman, Liberty, Mo., Allison Cheong Yun Norman, Kansas City, Mo., and David Bridger (Jill) Norman, Springfield, Mo.; and one brother: Paul (Judith) Siu, Hong Kong. She was preceded in death by her father, and a brother, Siu Che Bun. Rite of Burial Services will be 10 a.m., Friday, July 1, 2011, at Grace Episcopal Church with Rev. Shariya Molegoda officiating. Entombment will be in Riverview Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m., Thursday, June 30, 2011, at Grace Episcopal Church. Memorials are suggested to the Susan G.
