Joy Eghbali

Joy Ann Eghbali, age 49 years, of Jefferson City, Mo., passed away Monday, June 6, 2011, at her home. She was born on January 14, 1962, in Fulton, Mo., the daughter of Johnny E. and Judith A. Kennett Campbell. A lifelong resident of the central Missouri area, Joy attended Jefferson City Public Schools. Joy was a thoughtful and loving person, who often went above and beyond for her family and friends. Survivors include: her two sons, Jonathan Eghbali and Nathanael Eghbali, both of Jefferson City, Mo.; her parents, Johnny and Judith Campbell; her longtime friend, Wade Kays of Jefferson City, Mo.; her brother, John Campbell of Jefferson City, Mo.; two uncles, Charley Salmons and his wife Candace of Fulton, Mo. and Roy Campbell and his wife Carol of Jefferson City, Mo.; and one aunt, Joy Roesger and her husband Bill of Jefferson City, Mo. Visitation will be held at Freeman Mortuary from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m., Thursday, June 9, 2011. A celebration of Joy's life will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. Thursday in the Freeman Chapel. Private graveside services and interment will be conducted at New Hope Baptist Cemetery in Callaway County, Mo.
