Eddie A Czeschin

Eddie "Allen" Czeschin, age 45, of Jefferson City, passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2011, at Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, Mo. Allen was a member of Pipefitters Local 562 for 21 years and retired for the last few years due to health reasons. He was married to Gina Meyer on December 8, 1984, at the Nazarene Church of God, Fairview, Okla. She survives at the home. He is also survived by one son, Dustin A. Czeschin and his fiancée, Paige A. Kadow, both of Jefferson City; his mother, Marlene Vandgrifft, Dover, Delaware; special family members that were parents to him and took part in raising him, Harlin and Brenda Czechin, Bland; his step-mother, Sharon Chmiding, Jefferson City; two sisters, Shonda (Craig) Fischer and Adena Czeschin; and canine family members that will miss him. He was preceded in death by his father, Edwin L. Czeschin. Allen enjoyed spending time with his family and dogs. He enjoyed watching college football, giving his son and his friends a hard time, and going to the car wash. A get-together for family and friends with a buffet will be provided on Saturday, February 19, from 6-9 p.m. at Braykley's Hall, Hwy. 50 West, Centertown.
