Linda Kay (nee Bias) Holman, age 65, of Hillsboro, passed away Friday, January 14, 2011, at her residence. She was born April 6, 1945, in Jefferson City, to Kenneth and Hazel (nee Williams) Bias. She was married to Dave Holman on July 2, 1988. Linda enjoyed being outside doing things such as water skiing, horseback riding, and camping. She also enjoyed going to church, helping people, and auctioneer license. She is fondly remembered and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband, Dave Holman of the home; five children, Andreau (Beau) Herring of Culleka, Tenn., Kenneth Austeel of Winter Heaven, Fla., Chasity Holman of Festus, Angela Holman of Sedalia, and Sherri (Tom) Morland of Festus; 14 grandchildren; one sibling, Carolyn (David) Lale of Jefferson City; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be held Monday, February 14, 2011, from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., at United Pentecostal Church in House Springs. Services will be held Tuesday, February 15, 2011, 9:30 a.m., at United Pentecostal Church in House Springs. Interment will be at 11:15 a.m. at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis. Memorials may be sent to the Alzheimer's Association. Arrangements are under the direction of Legacy Memorial in Cedar Hill, Mo.
