Harvey Glen Lucas

Harvey Glen Lucas, 70, of Hermann, Mo., passed away Thursday, August 11, 2011, at his residence near Bay. Harvey was born in Bald Knob, Ark. on August 6, 1941, a son of the late Thelma (Roberts) and Thomas Lucas. On May 3, 1969, in East St. Louis, Ill., he was united in marriage to Donna Arnold. His survivors include his wife, Donna; daughter, Lisa Grosse and special friend Dot Colter of Hermann; son, Harvey Lucas Jr. and wife, Carrie of Republic; brother, James Lucas and wife Tricia of Lake St. Louis; sister, Judy Pritchard of Mt. Sterling; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Lucas and sister, Debra Higgins. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, August 20, at 5:00 p.m. at the Cave Hill Auction Barn near Bay. Burial will be in the Zion Cemetery at Bay. Visitation will follow the memorial service.
