Henry Penn (Veteran)

Henry O. Penn, 86, of Jefferson City, died Thursday, March 31, 2011, at Villa Marie Skilled Nursing Facility. He was born August 30, 1924, in Leavenworth, Kansas, a son of Humphrey Marshal and Blanche Marie (Miller) Penn. He served in the United States Army in the 92nd Infantry Division during World War II. Henry was united in marriage to Teresa Figarolo, who preceded him in death. From this union, two daughters were born, Maria and Sandra. Henry was a maintenance worker for Lincoln University until his retirement on August 1, 2009. A memorial service was held at Villa Marie Skilled Nursing Facility. Entombment will be in Rolling Hills Memorial Park in Richmond, California. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Hospice Compassus.
