Tina Renee Winemiller

Tina Renee Winemiller, 43, of Jefferson City, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2011, at her home. She was born December 21, 1967, in Jefferson City, a daughter of Delbert Theodore and Ruby Stricklan Bax. She was a 1985 graduate of Jefferson City High School. Tina worked for Gerbes West in Jefferson City from 1986, to the present, where she was human resource coordinator. She was a member of Community Christian Church and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary. She enjoyed doing yard work, gardening and interior decorating. On November 1, 2008, Tina was united in marriage to Alan Winemiller, who survives at their home. Other survivors include one son, Shane D. Schmutzler of Jefferson City; four brothers: Roger Bax, Adlai Bax and wife Sherry, Arnold Bax and wife Alice and John Bax and wife Vicki, all of Jefferson City; two sisters: Glenda Howard and husband James of House Springs, Brenda Wages and husband Larry of Clifton Hill; two sisters-in-law: Kay Bax of Jefferson City and Helen Bax of Linn; two brothers-in-law: Jim Winemiller and wife Linda of Jefferson City and Joe Winemiller and wife Karen of Russellville; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Tina was preceded in death by her parents in 2005, and brothers Gary Bax in 2010 and Randy Bax in 1997. Friends will be received from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 4, 2011, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home with Rev. David Avery officiating. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
