Hootie is survived by two sons, Richard Jr. (Beth) Owens of Dunlap and Dennis (Shari) Owens of Chillicothe; one grandson, Jack Owens; two brothers, Vincent (Mary Jane) Reinkemeyer of Meta, Mo. and Fred (Betty) Reinkemeyer of Brazito, Mo.; two sisters, Dolores Gayle of Portland, Ore. and Laura Knight of Richland, Wash.; and one sister-in-law, Rosell/Users/frontdesk/Desktop/10owens.jpga Reinkemeyer of St. Thomas, Mo.
