Wanda Mae Walker, 75, of New Bloomfield, died Monday, May 24, 2010, in Cody, Wyoming. She was born November 26, 1934, in Jefferson City, to Lemuel and Gladys Fae (Landrum) Hughes. She married Allen Eugene Walker April 21, 1956, in Cedar City. Other survivors include three sons: Wesley (Cindi) Walker and David (Barb) Walker, both of New Bloomfield; and Lemuel (Paula) Walker of Fulton; six grandchildren: Cory Walker, David Robert Walker, Jonathan Walker, Amy Kitchens, Lisa Love, and Heather Love; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and one daughter: Gloria Ann Walker. Mrs. Walker was a member of the New Bloomfield United Methodist Church and Methodist Woman's Group. Her and her late husband were members of the Callaway Calico Square Dancing Club. She was a proud member of the Holts Summit McDonalds Coffee Club. Mrs. Walker was a retired cook for the public school system. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, at the New Bloomfield United Methodist Church in New Bloomfield. Burial will be at Liberty Cemetery in Belle. The family will receive friends Monday, May 31, at the New Bloomfield United Methodist Church in New Bloomfield from 3-7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to The American Heart Association or the New Bloomfield United Methodist Church Building Fund. c/o Debo Funeral Home, P.O.
