Eunice Clara Lappat, age 84, of Hollister, passed away Thursday, May 20, 2010, at Skaggs Hospital, Branson. She was born February 3, 1926, in Meta, the daughter of Anton Luebbering and Eleanore Wilde Luebbering. She was married on August 29, 1946, in Tipton, to Kenneth Lappat, who survives of the home. Other survivors include: two granddaughters, Karen Albertin of Lenexa, Kan. and Kristin Albertin of Bolivar; and four brothers, Harry Luebbering of Batavia, Ill., Paul Luebbering of Mora, Earl Luebbering of Smithton, and Stanley Luebbering of Chaunte, Kan. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sue Albertin in 2002, and by two nephews and three sisters. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 24, at St. Andrew's Catholic Church, Tipton, with Father Fred Elskamp officiating. Burial will be in St. Andrew's Cemetery, Tipton. Family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Sunday, May 23, at the Meisenheimer Funeral Home, Tipton.
