Dean Charles Dickherber, 42, of Jefferson City, died Wednesday, April 28, 2010, at St. Mary's Health Center. He was born on May 29, 1967, in Wentzville, Mo., the son of the late Jerry E. and Arlene V. Fanning Dickherber. Dean was engaged to marry Tammy Ann Neuner of Jefferson City. He had previously been employed with Hobby Lobby as a framer. Dean was a member of the Catholic faith. He loved nature, rescue animals, raise fish, and build World War II models. Dean was a devoted partner and caregiver to Tammy and always was putting others before himself. During his high school years, Dean was a member of a state wrestling champion team. Other survivors include: three sons, Zach Dickherber, Vincent Diesel, and Josh Dwyer; one sister, Dana Dickherber; and a grandmother, Ida Rappling. Graveside services will be 2 p.m., Thursday, May 6, 2010, at Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Thursday at the cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Dean Dickherber Memorial Fund.
