Margaret Mary "Peggy" Stoving, 65, of Florissant, Mo., died on Friday, July 16, 2010, at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, Ill., following a valiant battle with lung cancer. Peggy was born on February 11, 1945, in Kansas City, Kan., a daughter of Clemens J. and Anna L. (Otto) Otto. She was married to Richard C. Stoving in Jefferson City, Mo., on December 30, 1967. Survivors include: her husband Richard; one son, Douglas Stoving of Florissant; two daughters, Hollie S. (Tim) Roderique of Florissant and Amanda C. Stoving (fiancÈ Dustin Frederickson) of Olathe, Kan.; three grandchildren, Timothy R., Justin M., and Alyssa N. Roderique of Florissant; siblings, Mary Ann (Jerry Ray) Kempf of Boonville, Barbara A. (Edmund) Martin, John C. (Carol) Otto, Joseph C. Otto, Ann M. (Gary Wayne) Dake, all of Jefferson City and Gerard (Gary) J. (Mary Ann) Otto, St. Elizabeth; sister-in-law Sally Otto of Philadelphia, Pa.; three sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law, all of the St. Louis area, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Jerome J. Otto of Philadelphia, Pa. Visitation will be today from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m., at the Hutchens Mortuary, 675 Graham Road, Florissant, Mo. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 21, 2010, at St. Ferdinand Catholic Church, 1765 Charbonier Road, Florissant, Mo. Interment will be in St. Ferdinand Cemetery, Florissant, Mo. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Peggy's memory to Memorial Hospital, Belleville, Ill. or to the St. Louis Zoo.
