Opal Biele

Mrs. Opal "Ellen" Biele, age 88 years, formerly of Jefferson City, passed away Monday, February 15, 2010, at Ashland Health Care. Ellen was born December 29, 1921, in Brumley, Mo., the daughter of John and Bracie Moneyhan Boltz. She was married October 18, 1941, in Jefferson City, to Sylvester A. Biele, who preceded her in death. Survivors include: one son, Jerry Biele and his wife Jackie of Ashland, Mo.; one daughter-in-law, Cathy Biele of Fulton, Mo.; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, and one son, Ronnie Biele. Private family services will be conducted at Hawthorn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Assn. or Preferred Hospice of Columbia, Mo.
