Dennis Lee Haslag, 52, of Pensacola, Florida, passed away Thursday, January 14, 2010, at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Florida. Dennis was born June 13, 1957, in Jefferson City, the son of Donald J. Haslag Sr. and Nancy Jo (Fisher) Haslag. Dennis attended Linn R-2 High School and Linn Technical College. He was employed by Cabana Liquors in Pensacola, Florida. Survivors include his father: Donald J. Haslag Sr. and wife Alice Ann Haslag of Bonnots Mill; four sons: Duane Haslag of New Bloomfield, Justin Haslag and Cody Haslag, both of Vienna, and Kalieb Haslag of Jefferson City; one daughter: Nicole Haslag and fiance Cory Hall of New Bloomfield; three grandchildren; one brother: Donnie Haslag Jr. and wife Debbie of Bonnots Mill; three sisters: Dianna Silvester and husband Dave of Jefferson City, Darla Luebbert of Jefferson City, and Debbie Jaegers and husband Keith of Linn. He was preceded in death by his mother: Nancy Jo Haslag; grandparents: Lincoln and Myrtle Haslag, and Thomas Fisher and Inez Fisher. Graveside services will be held Saturday, February 6, 2010, at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Loose Creek, Rev. Father I.C. Medina will officiate.
