Lois Crismon

Lois Crismon, 107, of Eldon, passed away Thursday, December 9, 2010, at her residence. On April 5, 1903, she was born in Miller County, to the late Benjamin B. and Priscilla Mae (Lupardus) McDonald. On October 1, 1921, she was married in Tuscumbia, to Elmer Crismon, who preceded her in death on May 8, 1980. Lois was employed for 15 years at Glaser Brothers Pants Factory of Eldon. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian Church of Eldon. Survivors include; Curt and Donna Crismon, grandson and wife of Jacksonville, Fla.; Matt and Molly Crismon, great- grandchildren of Jacksonville, Fla.; Jeanne Wright, daughter- in-law, Jacksonville, Fla.; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Curtis Crismon; and a granddaughter, Pamela Jean Crismon. Visitation will be held Sunday, December 12, 2010, from 1-2 p.m. at the First Christian Church of Eldon, with the funeral service following at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Shirley Williams officiating. Interment will follow at the Eldon City Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the First Christian Church. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon.
