Emilee Williams

Emilee Geneva Williams, age 92, of Ashland, passed away Friday, April 2, 2010, at the Ashland Healthcare. Mrs. Williams was born April 1, 1918, in Linn, the daughter of Edward Clark and Nora Potts Clark. She married Willard Williams in April 1934, and he preceded her in death. Emilee retired from Unilever where she worked as parts manager. She was a member of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church. Survivors include: her children, Ronald Dee Williams and his wife Judy of Ashland, Michael Williams of Hartsburg, Virginia (Ginger) Gallipeau of Ashland, and Rebecca Quinn and her husband Mike of Iola, Kan.; five grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, six brothers and three sisters. Services will be held at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church on Tuesday, April 6, 2010, at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Hartsburg. Visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m. on Monday, April 5, at Robinson Funeral Home in Ashland. Memorial contributions are suggested to Compassus Hospice.
