Anna Mae Hentges, 81, of Jefferson City, died Wednesday, March 31, 2010, at Oak Tree Villa. She was born on April 7, 1928, in Jefferson City, the daughter of the late David Seriphin and Anna Marie Veith Kauffman. She was united in marriage on November 25, 1950, in Jefferson City, to Paul Henry Hentges, who survives at the home. A homemaker all her life, Mrs. Hentges worked for Obermans's Manufacturing, International Shoe Co., and for the Cathedral of St. Joseph School cafeteria where she retired from in 1990. She was a member of the Cathedral of St. Joseph. She enjoyed baking, cooking, gardening, sewing, and crafts. Other survivors include: three sons, Randy (Julie) Hentges, Holts Summit, Larry (Sandra) Hentges, Jefferson City, and Allan (Rachael) Hentges, Oak Grove; six grandchildren, Britney Hentges, LeighAnna Hentges, Aaron Hentges, Zachary Hentges, Caleb Hentges, Jae Si Hentges; and one brother, John Kauffman, Jefferson City. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Virginia Bruning and Bernice Luecke; and three brothers, Bill, Henry, and Bernard Kauffman. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, April 6, 2010, at the Cathedral of St. Joseph with the Rev. Benjamin E. Nwosu officiating. Entombment will be in Resurrection Chapel Mausoleum. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Monday at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m. Memorials are suggested to Missouri River Hospice, 1440 Aaron Ct., Jefferson City, MO 65109; or to the Cathedral of St. Joseph, 2305 W.
